1. Appointment

  1. All consultations and treatments are by appointment only.

  2. Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment to complete any necessary forms.

  3. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment time or rescheduling.

2. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  1. We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  2. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a fee.

  3. No-shows will result in the loss of your booking deposit.

3. Deposit

  1. A deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  2. Deposits are non-refundable but can be transferred if you reschedule within the required notice period.

4. Medical & Safety

  1. A full medical history will be taken before any treatment to ensure suitability.

  2. Treatments will only be performed if deemed safe and appropriate by Dr. Neelu.

  3. Clients must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, or medications before treatment.

5. Refund & Treatment

  1. Due to the nature of aesthetic treatments, results vary from person to person.

  2. We do not offer refunds for treatments once they have been carried out.

  3. Follow-up appointments may be recommended to achieve the best results.

6. Aftercare & Follow-Up

  1. Post-treatment aftercare instructions will be provided to ensure optimal results.

  2. A follow-up appointment may be scheduled for injectable treatments, if necessary.

7. Privacy

  1. All client information is kept strictly confidential.

  2. We comply with data protection laws to ensure your privacy and security.

8. Age

  1. Clients must be 18 years or older to receive aesthetic treatments.

  2. Valid ID may be required for proof of age.
